When it comes time to pick a real estate agent to sell your home, sorting through which agent to use can be very confusing. Don't fall into the trap of picking the agent that gives you the highest price... in our business we call that "buying a listing". The agent quotes a high list price than after the agreement is signed they badger you to continue to lower the price. Be smart and look at all the pricing data objectively. Remember the buyer's set the price, agents have no control on the market value of your home.

Whether you're living in Boston, MA or way up there in Juneau, Alaska, having adequate and usable space inside the house is one main and comfortable feature that most homeowners would want in their homes. In the current state of the economy that the country is facing right now, getting a bigger house may not be a cost-effective, or even a wise decision to make. A room extension or an additional section that will be built around the existing structure of the home may be the next best solution, but this will also entail considerable cost that may also go beyond the budget.

People who find themselves struggling with heavy debt have enough worries as it is. Constant calls from creditors, rapidly increasing debt, and difficulty paying for everyday needs can drastically impact your quality of life. Many people have found relief from debt by filing for bankruptcy, but many others are afraid of losing important property such as their homes. Thanks to a doctrine known as the homestead exemption, a home can be protected from creditors, making bankruptcy that much easier.

Recently, Tennessee has joined a number of states that have passed legislation to allow for the assessment of an excise tax upon arrest for possession of controlled substances. Among the successful constitutional challenges are violations of the Fifth Amendment pertaining to the double jeopardy clause and the privilege against self-incrimination. First the term, "dealer," is defined. A dealer is usually defined as a person who possesses more than a statutorily identified amount of particular controlled substances.

As American citizens it is only just and fair to link the birth of our nation with the American Revolution. A nation of independence, with a balance of freedom and security. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and so many other American Constitutional rights are taken for granted every day. For many of us, we were born into these rights and although we were most likely educated of the American Revolution at a young age, it is impossible for us to fully grasp the passion, struggles, losses, and effort of our ancestors to gain us these rights.

In the Coffee-Habituated world of Coffee that we live in today, with the myriad of names like Cappuccino, Frappe, Ice Blended, Latte etc., it is somewhat surprising to find that this "Starbucks" existence is a relatively recent phenomenon in this country. It has been only thirty years ago that this country experienced a monumental life style change. Putting those years in the context of one's own mortality, one then comes to the realization, that anyone under the age of thirty, was born in a world in which, the ubiquitous name of Starbucks Coffee never existed before they were born.

Just after the passage of the Health Care Bill version of the House of Representatives, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi isn't too very confident that the Democrats have won their cause. Few days later, the Senate made an already anticipated decision of passing Upper House's own version of the controversial bill. As House Speaker Pelosi and Senate President Pro Tempore Byrd gets to reach their own house's decision, their problem is to put all together the two version so to have one version submitted to the President.
